Of course, you also have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract in writing by e-mail within 14 days from the date of delivery.
If you wish to return an item, you must notify Strizi in writing within 14 days from the date of delivery.
From the date of this notification, you then have 14 days to send your item to the following address.

Free home delivery within Austria and Germany for registered Strizi customers.

When the parcel is picked up from us, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number from our partner DPD and thus have everything in view.
Estimated delivery times:
Delivery Austria 1 working day
Delivery Germany 2 working days
Deliveries outside the EU are shipped with Austrian Post.
Orders cannot be delivered to a PO Box address.

Returns and exchanges
From the date of this notification, you then have 14 days to send your item to the following address.

The costs for the returns are borne by the customer. As soon as the goods are back in our house, they will be checked and you will receive, if the goods are not worn or damaged, your money will be transferred back immediately.
