Orders and payment

You order – we deliver!
You have the following payment options in our shop.
PayPal, credit card, instant bank transfer, prepayment
Of course, you also have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract in writing by email within 14 days of the delivery date.
If you wish to return an item, you must notify Strizi in writing within 14 days of the delivery date.
From the date of this notification, you will have 14 days to send your item to the following address.

Shipping and delivery

Free delivery within Austria and Germany for registered Strizi customers.

We ship the next business day!
As soon as the package is picked up from us, you will receive an email with a tracking number from our partner DPD, so you can keep an eye on everything.
Estimated delivery times:
Delivery Austria 1 working day
Delivery Germany 2 working days
We ship deliveries outside the EU with the Austrian POST.
Orders cannot be delivered to a PO box address.
Tip: Use your order to send it as a gift with a greeting message!

Returns and exchanges

Return / Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract in writing by email within 14 days of the delivery date.
If you wish to return an item, you must notify Strizi in writing within 14 days of the delivery date.
From the date of this notification, you will have 14 days to send your item to the following address.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Once the goods are returned to us, they will be inspected, and if the goods are unworn or damaged, you will receive an immediate refund.
If you pay by Sofortüberweisung, please send us your account number by email.
 
Exchange
If you want to exchange a product, simply send it to us. Please include a note in the package describing what you want to exchange.
Send the goods to us as a parcel with shipping confirmation (proof)!
The customer is responsible for shipping costs to us. The second shipment from us to you (exchange) is also free of charge.
Exchange at a later date!
You need more time to exchange the item, for example, because you're not giving it as a gift until Christmas. Send us an email, and we'll send you confirmation of the extended period.
However, a longer period for the exchange does not constitute an extension of the right of withdrawal.
Exchanges for online orders are possible in one of our stores. Please bring the receipt with you!
